Geological Management
- Oversee and manage the safe and efficient execution of exploration programmes including mapping, soil sampling and drilling programmes with compliant QAQC.
- Field assistants to provide support to geological staff for all exploration programmes including mapping, soil sampling and drilling programmes.
- Prepare a Work Place Health and Safety Management System compliant with the 2020 WHS Act and the ability to act as exploration mangers under the 2020 Act.
- Geological project work includes identifying new exploration opportunities, preparing and managing exploration budgets exploration programme design.
- Train and mentor the exploration team to achieve highest standards of performance.
- Generation of geological reports and presentations.
- Prepare ASX announcements with the ability to provide Competent Person sign off.
- Provide reports, online lodgements for POW’s, MRF, SRS, or attend meetings for the client to DMIRS, DBCA, DPHL and attend heritage meetings and surveys.
Tenement Management
- Assist in the preparation of statutory lodgement documents form 5.
- Preparation of Annual Exploration Reports for Mines Dept.
- Preparation of Annual Heritage Report for Dept. of Aboriginal Affairs
- Manage objections and access agreements

Logistics Management
- Oversee and manage the safe execution of all field exploration activities.
- Establish and manage remote camps for exploration campaigns
- Ensure site preparation and rehabilitation for all drilling activities is conducted in line with the site tenement and POW conditions.
- Manage, audit and mentor field assistants.
Resource Modelling - Evaluation management (JORC Gold, Ni and Fe):
- Validate and verify clients’ datasets and in house quality control(“QAQC”).
- Validate or create new geological solids, undertake geostatistical evaluation and parameters for resource estimation.
- Construction of 3D block Model and resource tables for ASX Release includes JORC Table 1 sign off.
- Provide guidance and optimize infill drilling program for future resource upgrades and Feasibility Studies.
